My last job before retiring to SaddleBrooke was managing a similar but somewhat larger and older community back in central New Jersey -- Rossmoor. I'm naturally interested in how community associations are run, so one of my goals is to have more residents become aware of and participate in the affairs of their HOA.
Another goal is to provide a convenient place to learn about what's going on here in SaddleBrooke -- but just not in quite as much detail any more.
Finally, as the name implies, there'll be some occasional commentary. This will be done constructively to help make a great place even better.
All comments are personal and do NOT reflect the opinion or policy of the Board or Management of SaddleBrooke Home Owners' Assoc- iation #One (SB HOA#1) -- or anyone else, for that matter!
SaddleBrooke is a community of over 4,000 homes in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains 25 miles north of Tucson, AZ. It is one of the Robson Communities in Arizona and Texas. SaddleBrooke One is the original 2,000 homes and is run by the residents. SaddleBrooke Two is still under construction by the developer.
